An optional menu for those who like good eating but need to stick to a diet, our good friend Amy has helped compile this menu for anyone weightwatching…
As in most of our dishes if you would like slightly more of an item(ie as in the chorizo Garbanzos) dish, less chorizo more garbanzos(chickpea) then please ask when ordering.
And for those that may want to do lunch some are also options in our 4 4 £5 menu,they are marked with a star.

Boquerones en Vinagre small marinated anchovies in garlic & vinegar
Esparragos Blancos white asparagus (but without the mayo)
Calamares Diablo pieces of squid cooked in a spicy tomato sauce *
Patatas Bravas a spicy tomato sauce covering light fried potato *
Chorizo con Garbanzos chorizo sausage with chickpeas, more peas than meat *
Pinchitos de Pollo chicken breast meat marinated in a Morrocan spice mix
Habas Verdes green beans with onion in a vegetable stock *
Pinchos de Gambas king prawn skewers with garlic mayo (optional)
Pisto Manchego a ratatouille of courgette, onion, red pepper and tomato
